Good evening Big Brother Lovers! It's time for the Tuesday show! Rewind your minds to Saturday, live feed viewers. ;) You know the drill.
I wonder how much of the PoV Ceremony speech they're gonna show... Will they allow him to look like a buffoon on national television, or wont they? That is the question.
Please feel free to comment and blog on the Tuesday Show here in this post while it's on, and we'll publish comments during the commercial breaks.
Meanwhile, on the live feeds, the HGs are getting ready for an Italian feast they'll be having in a half hour, complete with music in the back yard. Some are hoping for alcohol... other's not so much. Everyone's excited.
Dan suggests it might be twist related, but then again it might just be a party for them for making it to the half way point, since every HG in the house now has officially made it to the jury. Less than 6 weeks to go til the finale!
And away we go with the Tuesday Show!!!
OK.. I gotta say it. I'm really disappointed with tonight's edit. Up until now, they've all been really on target, but the tv only's got barely a taste of the insanity that happened on Fight Night. Everyone was at each other's throats.
On the positive side, I loved the Nellie Olson edit on April. That was inspired.

My guess is that they'll do the POV ceremony earlier than usual just to document its fall out. Although... They always end the show with everyone's slo-mo voiceovers so who knows...

Things I love...Renny's beautiful smile. Houseguests getting beer. And the sun shining on my face.
Things I hate...APRIL, Jerry, Ollie (mainly because he's doing April). And the sun shining on my face.
OK everyone - true feelings on Jerry. Do you think that he is a nice man outside the house? What do you think about him announcing on the feeds (to millions of viewers) that he was once married and his children didn't know about it?

Jerz, guess it depends on your definition of nice man. Everybody says Kail (BB8) is the bees-knees in real life but her beliefs and comments left a lot to be desire.
On the other hand, people make mistakes. I think Jerry's more than proven his love and loyalty to his wife.
If Dan is America's player then he is a scum bag? Why does being AP make someone a scum bag. So far Jerry is already looking like a buffoon. April & Ollie aren't looking too good either for America. But, of course, we all love her because she is so pretty. Okay, I just picked myself up off the floor after writing that. Back to the show.

Jerzeechick - I seriously doubt Jerry is different outside the house. I think we are seeing the real thing.
I am really reading into him here, but my dad is retired Navy and man does he have a power complex just like Jerry. How Dan turned on him, I can see how Jerry didn't like that since "the group" had decided to vote another way.
IMHO military guys don't deal well with people who stray from the group mentality, especially when it is a surprise.
On the other hand, with peers his own age, Jerry might be able to connect more on a one-to-one level. But, my gut tells me that he loves to be the center of attention.

jerzeechick -- I am personally done with attacking Jerry on a personal level. I think it is going to be sad when he gets home.
I know this is true for many of the HGs, but dealing with older parents I know it is going to be much harder for him.
Now, bashing his game play is another matter and I'm up for that!
Jerry prolly pulled a lot of KP in the Marines.
Ollie is doing a good job hosting. I like when they liven it up a bit and aren't so serious.
Ugh. April. Her skin is so thin on her face it scares me. I think Keesha and Libra are much more attractive than April. She freaks me out.

Libra used the knife instead of the dicer? I've worked in quite a few kitchens, and the dicer will produce more diced onions than a knife any day. I don't care how fast you are.
She deserves to leave for that alone.
Jerzeechik - Personally, I do NOT think that Jerry is a nice man outside the house. That's my gut feeling and I'm sticking to it!
gr8dane - we'll have fish for a while - they're going to have music with their Italian food, which means we won't get to see that.
Julissa, I agree about April. She actually looks OLDER than 30 to me. She has lines and I would never call her the most fashionable HG. I think she dresses not so great at all. Not so classy. That's the nicest way I can say what I really think!

Libra comes out to Keesha as an Obama supporter, for the 1st time since she's stepped into the house...
Carolyn, or X, whichever one was posting at the time... I heard Libra say once before she hadn't started stumping for Obama yet but would be as soon as she got home. Does anyone else remember that? Maybe it was DR, maybe to someone else, or maybe in her pre-show interview? I do know that wasn't in my dream though. That was TFF.

Julissa - That is my point. I can understand Honor, Code and all that, but please practice what you preach. At first, I thought he was going to be the Grampa and because of that go far in the game. Whether it's his gameplay or his personal opinions, he goes way beyond the personal attacks and sometime there is no need for what he says.
ltcmek - I'm not personally bashing Jerry, I am wondering if this is his gameplay or can he just be mean spirited at times.
My intention was to get everyone's opinion on Jerry, especially after this week and open up the blog for some great conversation.

I had totally forgotten that "sloppy mess" look in Keesha's eyes during the big fight. You can tell how drunk and emotional she was by her eyes.

West-coaster here, and decided not to watch the show online and wait until it hits my time zone (actually, I'll be watching it as a way to procrastinate my way out of doing something I have to do).
But you've all got me anxious to see the real show!! You all are collectively a hoot!!
Oh my. I think I might actually like the edit on April during Michelle and Keesha's convo in the HR. Almost every time Keesha says how she doesn't take the blame for anything, but is always guilty and then they show April's smug, fake, plastered on high and mighty smile and it makes me laugh. It makes her look like she thinks she's all that and more, which of course we know that's exactly how she feels. It's kind of amusing. I don't think it makes her look good. Kinda funny.
Libra looks very beautiful.

What a speech. I'm glad they showed it and now America knows.
They shouldn't have even used the actual sound, just a fast forward of all the action with a hard hitting musical back beat, lol. I didn't think it was fair they only showed Keesha's freak out and not the others, particularly Michelle's pillow war. They really took it easy on Jerry as well! Sigh ... so unfair.

OMG!!! Hearing his speech has made me mad all over again!! I wish they would have shown some of the other houseguests responses to it before it ended...like Memphis(the look on his face was priceless). April is so smug, I hope Ollie's dad talks some sense into him once he is out of that house.

Big surprise that I love Dan's reaction too!!! When I'm shocked or getting adrenaline running or getting angry I flush bright red. Kudos to Dan for playing it off in the right manner. He is exactly right, Jerry gained nothing in his game play by giving his speech.
I would be seriously be embarrassed if my husband/father/grandfather/son said such hateful to anyone!

What an episode.....the dr's were good to hear and Jerry's speech was so silly and pointless.
I would love it if Libra could stay longer in the house but i'm sure she is out come Thursday.
Oh and i agree with Brother Mouzone....it was clearly a joke....shame the ladies don't have a sense of humor.
OK, the one thing that pissed me off the most tonite was when April won the designer clothes and then she said (and I may be paraphrasing a bit) "It couldn't have happened to a better person in the house...since I love clothes." Holy crap I wanted to reach thru the screen and give her a lil slap. Just saying. Eye rolling very extreme on that one!

I hate April and Michelle is the most ignorant person they have ever put in the house. She gets so defensive everytime someone brings up that banner because the guilt of lying is killing her. Her unintelligible accents annoys me so much, i's worse than Matty's.

Wish we would have seen the whole speech but they showed enough and showed the HG being pretty disgusted with what he said. They also showed Jerry saying "Judas" several times. Some have said this before but who does Jerry think he is, Jesus?
When did Dan betray the HG or Jerry twice? Is this going to grow in Jerry's mind like the price of the car in April's?
I am disgusted with the actions of Jerry. He is acting like a child & not the mature adult he should be acting like at 75 years old. Telling Michelle he won the POV for Jessie. He won for himself so he could taste the power he clearly thought he would possess.
I wonder why Keesha split her onions into two boxes. If she hadn't wouldnt she have won with 47 pounds. Libra got a weight of zero for her mystery box, I wonder what Keesha was thinking.

First, did anyone else here the scary sound effects from the movie Psycho everytime we went in for a close up of april the night of the fight? Just looking at her expression must be what prompted BB to take the knives. Watch the shower!
also looking at April's hairline, and how thin her hair is lets me believe she is going to be one of those old ladies that goes bald or just has a few wisps of hair on her head. KARMA much? She and Ollie can embrace old age and baldness together.
I think Libra and Keesha came out looking much better than april in the show, but then again i see the feeds so I KNOW the Truth which colors my opinion.
Ollie got a very favorable edit, I wish viewers could see how nasty he is when he and April are alone.
I'm hopin' desperately that CBS does not want A.O,or J to win HOH, so we can turn the house upside down again. I'd pay to see April and ollie on the block and Jerry scramblin to save his butt. It would be soooooooo entertaining to see Ollies reaction when April feeds him to the fishes, and if Dan and Memphis could get him to turn on her. OMG, there are no words to describe my delight. Production say it now, ratings throught the ROOF!
Best line of tonight's show goes to Keesha - "I can't be the middleman between Crazy (camera pans to Libra) and Crazier (camera pans to April)!"

Jerry made it personal against Dan. That is just wrong not to mention he sounded like he had the power to nominate Dan huh ? The most power he had was take someone off the block not put anyone on the block -He looked foolish - an old man on a bad power trip ! They better send him away before he gets anymore delusional. He's mean --very mean. The game isn't about his marine code or making burn in hell hand gestures and old man lectures during a ceremony -good grief he looked the fool. Then again, April looked the villian LoL ! I hate the porn Queen April, so that was okay by me.
Damn, here we go again. All 4 feeds on Michelle and Dan.
This will be the last for the feeds for me. Even with the fights. If they cant give me the opportunity to choose between 4 different areas, I feel it shows they dont care about us.

I think it is Dan's perogative to forgive Jerry. Dan didn't really do anything that wrong; even in terms of BB.
West Coast here,also. Just some general observations while I wait for the show.
Renny and Keesha seem to know little about the past BB seasons. They ask very basic questions about the jury house, America's choice etc. Very interesting!
For those HG's who do know BB, they seem to forget where they are living, ie:Ollie and April at 2:00 am under the blanket with April's head sticking out! Everyone else in the house were awake
Oh yeah, now there is some dignity!
Keesha was talking about her pet peeve, the way people eat and table manners. A little projection there?
Jerry;s habit of strutting around and sitting with his armpits showing may be more of a train wreck than his POV speech! I am waiting for him to tell anybody that he rehearsed his speech with Michelle in the HOH!!
And my last , Ollie. I actually heard him tell April at breakfast yesterday, that he was trying to align the cereal boxes it would not bother her!!
she countered that the nutritional values "go to the back"! An OCD person-in-training?? Ollie won't last in Princess OCD's homeland!! Better run while you can!!!

First anon @ 7:13... AMEN! Maybe Jerry should spend a little time in the bible before he starts handing out judgements (judas).
AND.... I record BB on my DVR so that I can fast forward during the commercials (my whole family does) and I've found a second use for it. Fast forwarding through the "love fest" cause that was a bunch of crap. I fastforwarded it saying "blah blah blah". Yay for fastforward!
